Ribeyes with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Did a couple ribeyes tonight. One with coffe rub for SWMBO. Mine with some Montreal Steak. Reverse seared them for the first time. Mashed some potatoes. Mixed with butter, milk, Colby cheddar cheese mix, and garlic powder. Placed in cast iron on the egg. Turned out pretty well.

    I like it. What is this contraption your CI is sitting on?  That's a lot of potatoes to only have a small scoop on your plate.

    That is actually my AR extender.  I took 2 extra bars and put at an angle just for extra support/stability. Thought I might get that cheese bubbling and brown if I put it high in the dome.
