It belongs to the distributor.  They use it to haul around eggs and high-end tables for doing promos with the dealer.

Was this near Springfield, MO?  My neighbor went anew Eggfest there last year and has a picture in front of I believe this.   If so it's my dealers distributor too.

It's in central Arkansas - about 30 miles west of Little Rock.  The guy's name tag was OHD or OHB or something similar.
