I know... I know... just another burger thread.

My wife works as a nurse, so I spend a few nights a week cooking for myself.  That's why I bought a Mini Max.  So far it has worked out pretty good.  Tonight, just a simple burger, ground fresh sirloin, with Cooper cheese, grilled onion and a toasted bun.  Preceded and followed by a couple Smuttynose IPA's.  Temperature in this part of Maine actually hit 80 degrees today, so I could enjoy some springtime finally.  All's good!
