I guess I am going to do some steak and chicken and slice it. Any good Carne Asada recipes?

Get a flank or fajita steak, EEVO, fresh lime juice, S&P and a dusting of Cumin.

Made tostadas with leftovers from Saturday's BBQ.
Toasted corn tortillas. Mashed up leftover BBQ Baked Beans with pulled pork. Leftover short rib + spare rib meat diced next. Then my wife's homemade guacamole, lettuce, tomato.
Pretty good for leftovers.
