Raised direct at 400? Help please.

I just made this ... just grid on the firering .. 425 dome temp .. skewered the shrimp .. cooked 4 minutes one side .. applied herb/garlic butter sauce, flipped .. cooked another 4 minutes. Got a nice char ... took it off .. it was great.LBGE & MiniOrlando, FL
