Chicken Pesto Flatbread

Walking through Albertsons half asleep after work this morning a package of flatbread caught my eye. Picked it up and flipped it over and saw an interesting recipe. Of course I had zero ingredients except for S&P and some other seasonings. The base sauce was store bought pesto  Long story short, it's some expensive flatbread. Sorry @cazzy, don't know the exact price. I just know it seemed to cost a lot.

Looks great. As far as store bought naan goes, I really like the Stonefire.

:) Okay, thanks!  THAT looks like something my wife could get into.  That's gonna be happening here for a mid-week lunch.

It's okay as I don't really care what it cost!

Thanks. I've never even heard of naan before. I'm still fairly new to this food exploration stuff. Pretty much been a fast food junkie the most of my life.

Costco sells really good naan at a great price. Its in the refrigerated section. (But I'm thinking its the other ingredients that hurt. Sorry about the misspelling of its...but I can no longer use apostrophes tonight.)

That's prolly not a good habit to get into in your line of work.

I spent 4 months in India for work a few years ago and I still remember the fresh Naans.  There is nothing like it here.  I've tried various brands that are sold and the best one I tasted was from Costco.  I am not a big fan of Indian food but naans and chicken cooked in a Tandoor have a distinctive flavor profile that is hard to beat.

That looks amazing. I definitely know what you mean about price...sometimes when you get all the ingredients for a recipe you end up spending more than you would going out to eat.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

This makes me ponder my boycott on store bought doughs. These look fantastic. And if ya didn't have time to make the dough it'd be perfect. Nice work my friend.
