For some reason, I've never cooked sliders before. I picked up some Meat Church Holy Cow today and decided to put it up against Oakridge Competition Beef and Pork Rub. Picked up some 85/15 ground round and Kings Hawaiian Rolls. The wife and I agreed that while both were good, the Oakridge is the winner.

Nice looking sliders. Haven't tried the Oakridge Competition Beef and Pork yet. I made some sliders last week with their brisket rub which really amplifies the beefy flavor and with death dust.Raleigh NC, Large BGE and KJ Joe Jr.

Great looking sliders. Have not tried either rubs yet. Is that a penis on the right bun?Large and Small BGECentral, IL

Those look great. I would have slayed the wife in the slider eating competition.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Dig it man! Square bun reminds me of grabbing a truckload of Krystals burgers (sliders). Yours look outstanding.

I was wondering when somebody was going to catch on to that! The wife is doing a carb diet so there was one with no bun. She splurged and had one with a bun, one sans bun. (Bunless was Oakridge)johnmitchell said:I count 6 at the start..What happened to the missing one was it an Oakridge or a Holy cow?...
