Picture uploader was acting funny last night, and I was a few down the road and couldn't figure it out.








Ended up with some chicken thighs and legs, brats, and some sauced shoulder from Sunday's cook.

Marinated some mushroom caps, squash, and zucchini in some aged balsamic, and threw them on the egg last.

That cheese fill sausage kid of looks like an owl. I've never tasted owl but heard its good eat'n!

That's a jalapeno cheddar brat.

I get most my meat from The Butcher Block. They are a Primo dealer, so I go to Embers for my Egg gear. 

Picked up a 14lb packer from Butcher Block, and I am doing that tomorrow.
