10th cook on my new LBGE, Stuffed Peppers

So about 2 weeks ago I bought myself a BGE to see what all the hype was about.
I must say to this point it was the best decision I made in a long time and I love it!
Today was my 10th cook on it and I was craving stuffed peppers for a while so I decided to make them today.
I only had two peppers so I just made some meatballs with the remaining meat. They turned out better than the pepper.
I know it can't compare with anything else here on the forum so I was hesitant at first to share my novice cooking skills, but then I thought I need to start somewhere and I really want to be a part of this great community.
I hope you like the pictures and have a great rest of your Sunday.

Listen those are money shots And look slamming. We all cook every day stuff we don't post. Don't be intimidated by All the caveman cooks. The best thing is you are excited and sharing it. Trust me there are plenty of weiners And simple burgers or brats cooked on eggs by this crew everyday. WelcomeColumbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.
