Braciole on the Egg

We couldn't decide what we wanted to eat before the Subway Series tonight so we strolled through Shop Rite and took a look. Out of everything, we chose braciole, haha. There is something about this cut of meat that stirs the memory of my grandmother from years ago. Of course, she did not use the egg. One is stuffed with pancetta, garlic, spinach, and feta and other with homemade bacon, garlic, spinach, and blue cheese. Dusted with S, P, & EVOO and currently cooking indirectly at 350*. We will compliment with yellow squash and zucchini. New cook for me, but will update later with some pictures and results. Enjoy your Sunday!
