Paper Bag Butt?
I was reading a article about BGE's and there was a recipe for a pork butt that you finished in a brown paper bag. Has anyone heard or tried this before? http://www.postandcourier.com/article/20090603/PC1206/306039952?ref=email

Use butcher paper or foil. Same result, but it is more sanitary.
I don't mind foil on butts as softening your bark won't hurt the final product since it's pulled and not sliced.
Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
Thanks cazzy, I do that with ribs sometimes, but didn't realize it was basically the same thing.
