.... on buttery toasted Ciabatta Rolls with sautéed mushrooms and onions, melted Gorgonzola cheese and homemade garlic aioli. Too good and very simple.

Thx guys! Nothing fancy. Took thinly cut whole sirloin steaks and gave them a quick marinade of lemon juice and reduced sodium soy sauce to tenderize them a bit. Hit them with a little S&P before searing them over super high heat. Then sliced them up for the sandwiches.
