Hello everybody!!

This past February, my father-in-law purchased my wife's birthday (although, being that she doesn't cook, I really think he got it for me) a Large BGE with nest, handler, cover and mates.  We've been grilling and cooking on it pretty consistently since (usually on the weekends, but I'll fire her up to quick cook some burgers during the week).

Beyond your usual burgers, hot dogs, and steaks, we've cooked:

• 4 racks of Pork Spare Ribs
• Beef Tenderloin
• Boneless Beef Rib Roast
• Chicken wings
• Marinated Chicken breasts
• Beer Brats w/ sauerkraut

Next big cook will be a Boston Butt in the next few weeks, so everyone keep your fingers crossed for me!
