Simple Steak Dinner

I think this is still a cooking forum but not entirely sure. Had to mow the yard so fired up the small and seasoned the steak with garlic and Lowry's. Setup was 500 degrees direct to color and then indirect to roast. Plated with sweet potato and grilled lettuce wedge. Lettuce was drizzeled with EVOO and flashed direct for about 45 seconds a side.
