    Sorry for your loss. Even when it is expected or for the best it's still not easy. Thank you for sharing the bean recipe. I'm sure she is smiling down from above on you in all your endeavors not just the food based ones.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    When I do cook these beans. I'll always call them "Gram Caroyln's Baked Beans"

    Sorry for your loss. It's amazing how a recipe can carry on the soul of someone you love. I still feel like I'm at my grandmothers house every time I have a "kentucky Derby bar"
