OT "Tales of the Cocktail" event - New Orleans

Does anyone know if the Tales of the Cocktail event "The Industry's original non-profit cocktail festival" (July 15-19) is open to the public or is it strictly a members-only convention?

I found the event website, but I'll be darned if I could find the answer...

Sounds like a really interesting event.  Even if it is in New Orleans...in July!

I had to look it up.  Sounds like fun.  Lawd knows I like to drink. 

No, you do not have to be a member.  You just need to be over 21 and purchase tickets to the events you want to attend.

One of the articles I saw was about an "all star" team of 30+ mixologists/bartenders from Las Vegas, scheduled for a 3 hour event at the Masquerade Nightclub inside Harrah’s New Orleans.

"The tunes of Las Vegas’ DJ Ikon and a chance to sample craft cocktails featuring the likes of Bulleit Bourbon, Absolut Elyx, Sauza 901, Bacardi, Hennessy, New Amsterdam, and Hangar 1 Vodka."

I was pumped, cuz I know some of those guys... then I realized that I missed it.  ....It happened at last years Tales of the Cocktail.
