First pork underway. Anyone have cool ideas for a drawer pull. I have a drawer under the egg but haven't found anything creative yet for the hardware.

Table looks great! I'm wanting to put a granite insert on my table top.
-
3cm granite is about 18lbs per sq ft so you want to make sure you table is very sturdy.

Great looking table. How about a wooded drawer pull that matches the large BGE handle. Or, how about a pair of bottle openers, or make one from a SS spatula.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

Very nice table. Was thinking BGE pull handle also.

I thought of the BGE handle but decided to go with this one.

Table is very nice, but I can't help but notice the edge of that round piece. Kind of takes away from the overall beauty of the table. Did they finish that edge or was it just cut?
-
The edge was not finished on the round piece. I never notice that it's rough until you pointed it out. Thx.
I'm thinking about taking the table next out and placing the egg directly on the granite so it's lowered in height. The granite hole cutoff is a little big so lowering the egg will fill the hole better. Any other suggestions? -

Out of curiosity, what is the measurement from the top of table to the shelf that the piece of granite is setting on? And what size hole did you cut out?

The hinge will still clear the granite if I remove the granite cutoff. I gave myself enough clearance in the event I didn't use the granite cutout. Thx

I would need to check the dimension from the shelf to the table. The cutout is 22.5".

JT - it's 14.75" from the top of the shelf to the top piece of wood that the granite sits on.
