In case anyone is interested Jim Prescott BBQ shop in Sterling Illinois is having a cooking demo today from 10-1 today.
No I don't get anything for posting this but if you have never been to there shop you really need to go visit the place is AWESOME.
I will be there for awhile to see if I need anything else so if you see me introduce yourself.
