Started off with some really good "00" Flour

Yeast, Sugar, and Warm Water, well add flour, salt, Olive oil and put in the warm 100* oven for 1 hr.to double in size

Ready to roll out

Rolled onto a piece of parchment paper and ready for the sauce

On the Egg indirect @550*

Coming off the Egg 15min.

This is the best thin crust pizza I have ever made and it was delicious

Is this a common flour to find in grocery stores.....or is a specialty shop required? New to the Egg....and have not had good luck with the Publix dough. Need to step it up a notch.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

if you have trouble finding type00 flour look for the highest protein flour you can find 12% or so.northGAcock said:Is this a common flour to find in grocery stores.....or is a specialty shop required? New to the Egg....and have not had good luck with the Publix dough. Need to step it up a notch.
to the OP what a pizza my friend, yum yum. -
Great cook, Ross. I haven't done a pizza in forever. Saturday sounds good!
@northGAcock I can find it at my local grocer but a lot will depend on the market served. If you have a local Italian Specialty shop, they could have it. Amazon is another option. The key to look for is "00" type flour.

That flour is very resistant to burning, unless you add sugar.
Looks good, nice job.
