in Lamb
Picked up a leg of Lamb for Easter dinner. The leg marinated in wine, onions, garlic, oregano, BBQ rub and olive oil for 24h. Added the leg to the egg, on grid indirect, platesetter with drip pan filled with an IPA beer. Adjust vents for a 300-325* dome temperature. Pulled the leg at 130 , and let it rest in foil for 30min.
Summery:
Indirect w/ drip pan
Indirect w/ drip pan
@30 min per pound
Pull 130 and rest.....
XL-BGE (Wine N Down), L-BGE (Whiskey Dreams), MiniMax-BGE (Bourbon N Bowties), Mini-BGE (Beer Run)

The lamb and your egging backdrop both look beautiful.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
