Nice job!! Not sure why but Tri Tip has been tough for me. Only one really good one after 4 tries. Keep cooking!!!

Looking good. Have you tried grilling it direct? My favorite tri tip is - mickeys rub, and cook direct at 400 until IT in the thickest part is 125. Great stuff.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle
