A Weeknight Favorite

We have pork tenderloin in a somewhat regular rotation in our home. This baby sat in a brine for 7hrs today then I hit it with some EVOO and Dizzy Dust and threw it on the mini max raised direct @ 350 to 140-145 IT.   I'm also using Grove Charcoal for the first time. It lit nicely and I didn't notice any white smoke. Nice big chunks and I don't smell like a campfire so I anticapte it being a neutral fuel. It's pretty cheap at Butera or Piggly Wiggly $7 for 10#.  I hope to report tasty results later.
