Wanted some ribs....but tired of pork ribs.

Don't get me wrong.....I and everyone in my household loves pork spare ribs but every now and then some good old dino bones are in order.

These were on sale and came home with me.

Woke them up with some Don's Seasoning Delight and then hit with a perfect rub for beef ribs !!!! Love this stuff.

Sauced with a homemade sauce that I've been dabbling with.

The only thing I'd have done different would have been to cook another slab.....these two vanished quickly.
