A little Easter Ham Action!

Thanks to my buddy BigGreenPharmacist for the technique.  Wright's Carving Ham rubbed with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head and then smoked over cherry and apple wood at 275 for an hour.  Glazed it after the hour with the Cherry glaze that came with the ham and gave it another sprinkle of Pineapple Head.  Let it set for a minute then added some fresh pineapple rings.  I should have grilled the pineapple first after second thought.  The flavor was great on the whole thing!  Excellent!
