After school sliders.......
Made these for a teenage wolfpack for an after school snack.
My son said he knew what was going on as soon as he walked up the front driveway. Seems that the wind was blowing the burger smoke right over the house from the backyard.
He's been really emphatic that I don't tamper with my slider recipe. I use 4-5 pounds of ground chuck, 2-3 jalapeños diced up, a sweet onions diced up, ~1/3 cup Don's Seasoning delight (best thing outa Augusta, Georgia since James Brown !!!) and ~ 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs that mix in to make loose patties.
I've been inverting my GrillGrates to use as a cooking surface, but some cast iron inserts on my future shopping list when the budget allows.

I love smoking up the neighborhood with burgers on the grill !!!!!
I used a vented pan for this cook to make things easier....much easier.
Went ahead and toasted them and brushed on my bbq sauce.
Sharp cheddar & dill pickles added.
These things disappeared at an alarming rate. -
Best sliders I've seen in a while. I'll take two rows
