The wife has never had Lamb before and I wanted to knock her socks off with some sort of basil crust. Any ideas on how to whip up a concoction of basil yumminess?

My wife's grandma Spinucci would put a ton of garlic, basil, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mini food processor and make a paste. Slather it on the lamb and cook it. Literally slap yo mamma stuff.
    Fish, Hunt, Cook....anything else?

It's very Italian and she'd cook the lamb to medium at most. Dang I miss Grandma Spinucci. She'd cook that every Easter. God bless her soul.
