Really good snack, easy to make and lasts forever unrefrigerated.

Roasted...not on the egg?? What spice and oil? Temp? TKSNEPA, Med egg,

Rinse them, then get them as dry as possible. I bed them in paper towels a couple of times. You can remove loose skin but it does not hurt anything. Mix them with a little olive oil then garlic powder, Nature's Seasoning, whatever tickles you. Spread as thin as possible and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stir do again, stir one last time. Let cool. Underdone is pasty, over done is bitter.
