Leftover Brisket Fajitas

Tonight I turned leftover brisket flat into fajitas meat.  Very good, but I was worried it would get tuff, but got even more tender.  We now have new leftovers.  It was nice to use the cast iron skillet.  It helped keep the meal warm while eating.

Looks real tasty and healthy tortillas too but, where's the guacamole.  Way to go with the leftovers

Thank you.  The wife bought the side's and she doesn't like guacamole, but I do.
