Cooked two pork loins and some roasted potatoes.
Pork Loin:
Marinade consisting of:
Canola oil
Red Wine vinegar
Apple juice
Dijon mustard
Fresh garlic
Simply Marvelous Apple Rub
Grilled 350° up high first then seared at the end near 150° (I am not a fan of 145° for pork)
Potatoes:
Baby potatoes
Celery
Carrots
Some green pepper
Fresh garlic
EVOO
Cooked with pork at 350° down low. Finished with a parsley butter sauce.
1 - Potatoes..
2 - Loin
3 - The setup. Sorry these were taken with my phone. Lighting was very harsh here.
4 - Same here, only my phone camera. Picture really sucks. I was too lazy to grab my camera.

What internal temp do you typically shoot for?

I like to pull at 150° and then rest. Probably close to 155° or so at eat temp. They just lowered the internal regulations to 145° for pork not too long ago, but I like mine more done than that.------------------------------

yeah, I took last one to 155 before pulling and it was a little too done for my taste. Especially when warming up later. Made a note to pull next one earlier. Will shoot for 150. Thanks!
