I just had to know what all of the fuss is about. Just placed an order for a pair of Waygu briskets and a pack of Kobe hot dogs. My friends' kids would rather eat dogs... undeveloped taste buds I guess. I hear they show you the secret SRF handshake after you purchase your 5th brisket????

@DoubleEgger- Congrats on a money pit that lasts well beyond accessories but you do get great eats.
Don't know when you have the delivery scheduled or plan to enjoy the brisket, but they will show up frozen solid. Several days to thaw in a fridge-fyi.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
No plans yet. Delivery is about 1.5 weeks. I probably won't cook them for a few more weeks as I've got a dry aging project that will wrap up in two weeks.
