Simple Sunday night cook - chicken legs and sausages

Bought some Goya Mojo Criollo and tried for first time. Nice marinate. Also picked up some sausages. Now we are stuffed like them. 
Couple of lessons - 1) didn't let the lumps burn long enough to clear the VOC and 2) future, I will use 2 Fire Starter Squares for more even light....
