Sunday night work week prep cook
to prepare for the upcoming work week I usually cook about 6-7 chicken breasts for salads at work and some dinner proteins. Not the most salivating stuff but rub the chicken in Oakridge Rib Dominator and/or their Secret Weapon rub. Indirect at 330-350 for 40-45 min until internal temp hits 165. Tried hickory instead of mesquite and I'm not sure I like it better.

After busting some out for lunch here, maybe I'm coming around on the hickory. Still great way to avoid the crappy cafeteria here at work. The chicken turned out pretty good.....for boneless chicken breasts.Firing up the BGE in Covington, GA
