Sunday night work week prep cook

to prepare for the upcoming work week I usually cook about 6-7 chicken breasts for salads at work and some dinner proteins. Not the most salivating stuff but rub the chicken in Oakridge Rib Dominator and/or their Secret Weapon rub. Indirect at 330-350 for 40-45 min until internal temp hits 165. Tried hickory instead of mesquite and I'm not sure I like it better.
