Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf!

This was too good and easy…make your favorite meatloaf, form it into a log and wrap with bacon…I used thick-cut platter-style bacon. Wrapped in foil at 275 until the meat is nearly done, then opened up and let the heat go to 400+ to crisp the bacon. Easy clean up, too! Bacon makes it all better!
