Snake river farms.....wagyu sirloins

I'll start by saying these weren't as good as the Valentine's Day wagyu ribeye filets, but they were the best $10 steak and best sirloin I've had. Seasoned with jalapeño salt, penzys garlic seasoning, S/P and evoo. Into CI at about 600 with butter and olive oil for 90 sec per side then to raised direct until 125 for me and 138 for the Mrs. Had to wait a while on the Baked potatoes to finish inside, so mine overshot my moo-ing MR but still good. 

Will be be making another order from these guys very soon.

@logchief just wait on a sale and surprise her. These were only $10 and were fantastic. Might be easier to splurge on the nicer cuts once she tries these.

Those look awesome. Question about SRF, do you need to order and cook the day the steaks arrive, or are they still frozen and able to keep in your freezer until you cook them?

@SuperCooper everything I've gotten (2 shipments) have been frozen still so I planned about a week ahead. $10 flat rate everyday but sometimes can find free shipping. Their sales are awesome though
