I need a spider

I just can't get my wok hot enough on the stove, so I've got to order a spider from CGS.

Anyway, cooking for one tonight, so it did ok with less in it.  Made some red quinoa the other night and turned it into a fried rice kind of thing.  Some tofu cubes, broccoli, egg, onion along with sauce and seasonings.

Marinated shrimp in ginger, garlic and some green curry sauce, then a quick stirfry with broccoli and kale, more green curry sauce and a little sambal.  Turned out well for a quick one.

Love you bro!

When I used the egg for my wok. I just set the wok right on the coals. No spider needed. Then I discovered I could used my old (very old) charcoal chimney as a wok stove. Bought a $3 wok ring to set the wok on. Works great, burns less lump too.

Your cook looks delicious. I bought some quinoa a while back. Still have never eaten any!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Just do yourself a favor and get an Oveglove to use to cook on the wok on a spider.  I learned the hard way.  Burned all the hair of my hand and forearm lol.
