Just a simple dinner

Egged a pork chop that looks like a sock. Thankfully, it didn't taste like it. I hit the pork chop with some DP Swamp Venom and egged it at 350F direct; roasted a foiled sweet potato along with it. The salad is a simple spinach salad with craisins and blue cheese. Simple, but delicious.

    Looks great. I had a leftover pork chop tonight. If done right, I like chops as much as steaks.

  • I agree @DMW - when you take it off the egg at 145, the chop is awesomely moist. Big fan, and really wasn't before I started egging...
