Thanks guys, they were so good I'm doing them again tonight(late dinner). This time I mixed in some mexican blend shredded cheese with the goat cheese and sausage. Topped with gouda and some Jamaican Firewalk Rub.
*edit, it was good Had a couple sausages too with home made pickled red onions.
