Flounder tacos with pineapple mango salsa

taking advantage of these fish sale weekends at whole foods for lent. Picked up a pound of flounder and so,menew jalapeño salt from my local charcoal guy today along with some RW. Anyways seasoned the fish with penzys fajita seasoning, added the jalapeño salt, cayenne and chili powder for a little heat. CI on the egg at 500ish for about 3 minutes per side. Served with a sour cream/Cholula mixture, shredded carrots, pineapple mango salsa from whole foods, and lime.
Love some fish tacos. Going to let the egg burn all the rest of the charcoal and a shoulder is going on around 11 for a meeting tomorrow.

I'd eat that! What kind of tortillas are those?

@theyolksonyou some blue corn ones from whole foods. Very thin so about impossible not to break but fairly healthy so I just end up with nachos. Also, got the word that me and the wife are moving to chattanooga in June so hopefully a strong breeze will blow some of your food my way!Memphis, TN ----> Chattanooga, TN

@YEMTrey basically just a jalapeño seasoned salt but I'm thinking it will take the place of my salt on all things that could be considered Mexican. Got a nice kick to it but won't burn anyone out that's not a fan of hot foods. We do Mexican at least once a week so I figured it'd get some use.Memphis, TN ----> Chattanooga, TN

Chattavegas has really improved over the last 15-20 years. Moving sucks, but I could think of worse places. Been here all my life so I'd be glad to share any local knowledge. Just PM me when you're ready.

@theyolksonyou I appreciate it. I've been in memphis my whole life. Great food here but if you haven't heard, there's a little crime. I am going to see if my RW dealer will let me bring the moving truck by there and load upMemphis, TN ----> Chattanooga, TN

Our Ace hardwares can order RW in any quantity in NGA but the ones who stock are about an hour away although I heard the one in the next county east of me is now stocking. In any case, not hard to come by.
