I need help with chicken tenders & breast. I am a beginner on the BGE & I tried cooking some tenders ,marinated some, put some barbecue sauce on some. The outside was a little tough but the inside was somewhat tender.I cooked @ 300- 350 degrees for about 30-45 min.Just seeing if any BGE Brothers might help a new purchaser of a BGE.I will tell you the 1st steak I cooked on it was the best homecooked I have ever eaten. Thanks Steve

Hoggie, last night I did some boneless skinless breasts that had tenderloins attached. I made the tenderloins into separate pieces.[p]I coated with olive oil after washing and patting them dry, then threw some lemon pepper on them. It was a weeknight and I didn't feel like anything fancy. ;~) [p]Got the egg to just under 400 and stabilized, then put the tenders and breasts on. Flipped the tenders at about 9 minutes, and the breasts a couple minutes later. Pulled the tenders off under 20 minutes and the breasts off at about 22 minutes. All were perfect. I could've taken them all off a couple minutes earlier. [p]When using a bbq sauce, just make sure to put it on during the last 5-10 minutes.
