Brother finally made it into town so we made a quick trip to the RD before heading up to Dallas for the hockey game.

Picked up a nice black angus tenderloin and a sweet NY strip loin. Sectioned them ourselves and vacuum sealed.

We cooked a turkey breast and some apple and chicken sausage. Rubbed it with rosemary, thyme, parsley.

After stoping at the Czech Stop we made our way to Dallas for HOCKEY!!

@Chubbs ya it posted before I finished. Those scroll wheels on the mice get sensitive.
