Zucchini boats and burgers

First recipe I wanted to try was the zucchini boats. It's a sausage stuffing on a zucchini. Sooooo good.

Browned the italian sausage and removed. 1 cup of diced onion, 1 bell pepper, S&P, minced garlic and 1/2 cup of parmesean and some bread crumbs to hold together. Oh and some lemon juice.LBGE& SBGE———————————————•———————– Pennsylvania / poconos
