Friday Night Pizza!

Friday is a lot of times pizza night. Used @RRP olive oil pizza dough recipe and then stretched it out and gave the boys the toppings and have at it. I think they ate more than went on the pie but they love so whatever. Went on indirect at 500 with multiple levels on a preheated egg. Egg heated up for an hour or so and stones were 350 with an IR gun. Cooked about 18 to 25 minutes.



Crust is good but all the dough recipes I have tried are always good but it never raises and is dense where the toppings are thick. Maybe too many toppings or what?




Then when you get up towards the crust it looks amazing????!
