All set for another year of the beaches we love. This marks 21 yrs for us.
Ready to go the night before. And thankfully we did because Terry did a double shift and then I picked him up from work to head straight to the beach.
We were the first one's to set-up shop on Porpoise Point/ Vilano Beach St. Augustine today.
Getting hungry so we started with drums dusted with Meat Church's Honey Hog Hot and glazed for the finish with A Frame Datil Pepper Sauce. Indirect WOO set-up at 275℉-300℉.
Plated.
The dolphins were playing today. At one point there were 9 of them tearing up the schools directly in front of us. Not much activity yet surf fishing but, it'll be coming soon enough. I was just happy to chill with my Son. These days we don't get to do that nearly often enough.

Round two. Brats with an A Frame glaze and a naked one for Lili Ann

@Jeremiah come on man. Corona...the beach...it works in some cases.
@DMW There are a few nice and clean beaches out there we can still drive on. This particular area is 4x4s only. It's somewhat secluded and most of the folks are surf fishing or kayaking etc. It's a great area to unwind. Gentle sea breeze blowing and the sand between the toes. I'll be set till...next week.
