New cook book for me

Maybe This has been around for a while but I haven't seen it before. Personally I have never heard of this guy or bbq team but the book is full of cooks that is actually make along with great illustrations.  Looking forward to it.

    It's in my car. I guess it is new cuz it says coming out March 24. It's the first cook book that I will try everything in the book. Not one thing looks too complex. The eggplant parm recipe is on the short list

    I gotta say after flipping thru it i think a lot of recipes are lifted from here. Beef back ribs, short ribs, wings,wok cooks, crem brule etc. There is even pork egg rolls baked not fried like @Mattman3969 I wonder if he is a member here? Even the PBR makes a cameo. Maybe @henapple has inspired this guy.

    I don't know how many recipes there are? Over a hundered probably. Only a few made me raise an eyebrow and made me think he has been here. either way its really put together really nice. set ups, temp control settings and lump discussion.
