Bolognese sauce

Decided to cook a bolognese on the egg today for family meal tonight. Simple recipe; beef, smoked bacon, onion, garlic, red wine amongst overs, put on egg indirect for 2 hours on 375. This is it just as it went on. Will post another when it's done.
