That's was the question......
I know I've not posted a cook in a while so thought it was about time..Whipped up a many a fine meal since the last posted endeavor. LOVE MY Matronly Sustenance Crematorium. The wife is acutely aware should we ever divorce the Fat Lady is a bargaining chip......damnit.
However I fear not. So long as I continue to appeal to her culinary delight I'm safe..lol
Well be imbibing this evening on some cooling Pina coladas with a dark floater. 90 here today...just might get lucky....
Grabbed a pack or spare ribs...Often wondered why the we're called "spare" ribs.
Are they a backup should you lose one? OR just a spare pack laying around. The things that make you go hmmmmmm?
Mustard glue
Liberal coat of Tony C's
Even more liberal (not politically of course) coat of my Let yer daddy rub ya
Sat in the morgue overnight..
A slap yer momma unyun
And some Hassle back sweet pots
Cinnamon butter to top
I like letting it all cook for the duration and will pull at about 6 hrs guessing. On for 4 so far
225 ID Apple wood
Been a while since we partook in Adams skeletal shortcoming. ....can't wait.
I'll pull em and rest em in a foil coffin wrapped in a towel for 30 - 45mins.
here's a sneak peek...
