First time posting a pic too, not sure why it's sideways.
Formed half pound balls with local beef, worcestershire, and a butter slice inside. Hot lodge griddle with ghee.Frederick, MD - LBGE and some accessories -
It's straight for me and the cook is straight ballin'

Yeah, pics fine here. In fact they look awesome! Nice cook!

The burger was excellent, the chipotle sweet potato fries from wegmans were ok...Frederick, MD - LBGE and some accessories -
She also prepped the buns so I'm blaming her for my upside down construction

Looks better then any burger shop could produce.

looks amazing. So did you "smash" on the griddle?Columbus, OH

They look great! I actually prefer lettuce on the bottom as constructed. It keeps the bottom bun from getting soggy from all the juice.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Where did you get the beef from?

Hedgeapple Farm - Pretty nice little store they have out there. I plan to keep my eye on the sales and grab some beef ribs the next time they go on sale. I'd also really like to try a tri-tip after all the talk I see on here.
As far as the ground beef goes, they only have 90-10 and I prefer fattier. The lady at the store said the 5# quantities are more like 85-15 but I don't have too much extra freezer space. She also said that last year they had ground sirloin and it was top notch, she (and I) hope they do it again.Frederick, MD - LBGE and some accessories -

How thick do they cut stuff? Do they have full packers? I feel like I should either call them or pay you as an employee.
-
Haha, the former might be a better as I've never been exactly sure what a packer brisket means, I've never cooked brisket, only ate the mess out of it. If you have time one day you should just ride on up, the lady there was super nice.Frederick, MD - LBGE and some accessories
