First wok cook - Mongolian beef and chicken fried rice

I got my wok and spider the other day from GGS.So excited to try it!

Seasoned it first earlier today. 

First up chicken fried rice. Heated the egg up. Then the wok. Followed a reciepe I found on the forum. 


Then the Mongolian beef (with broccoli added). Followed PF change reciepe found on the forum. 


SWMBO said as good as our favorite Chinese spot!  Plated up. And go Cyclones!!  And many thanks to those on the forum that inspired me to take up wok cooking again.
