@bosco0633 posted his recipie the other day.  Pretty sure half the board cooked it.  I did it today while I was cleaning out my garage.  Another chance to use the medium (man the medium rocks!)  Everyone loved it and I will definitely do it again.

Chicken after chopping (found this old CI skillet in my camping gear this afternoon. Probably hasn't been used for 15 years, but it fit the MBGE with no cutting.)

It was supper quick cook.  We even made the Tziki sauce 10minutes before we ate.  Was still excellent.

I was worried the marinade was not enough for 4 breasts, but it was.  It was more paste than marinade which was key.  It cooked on, then when chopped and fried it was mixed in with the chicken.

No problem guys!!!! Glad everyone loves it as much as I do!   I took the best of several recipes and blended it into a recipe that worked for me!  My white sauce makes good shawarma....great!!!

@bosco0633 I added some berbere to your ingredients.  I added 1/2 tsp could probably go 1 tsp.  The fenugreek in it went well with the rest.  I used it instead of the cayenne.
