Wanted To Try Something New

Got a new @MeatChurch fajita rub today and wanted to give it a test drive, so I decided to make some chicken…and some shrimp…and some skirt steak  .  Was a fun cook.  Probably one of 2 cooks that I absolutely was glad I had an XL and kinda wished I had a XXL, lol. On a bit of a health kick so I use lettuce to wrap em up.

I kinda like my LBGE. When I want to cook a lot, forces me to be creative. I've been cookin for four hours today started with a meat loaf and some chicken thighs, couldn't get all thighs on at same time so on second batch with some hasselhof potatoes. Gonna finish with third batch of thighs and a couple ribeyes and corn on cob. Can't believe how much fun I'm havin. The brewskies help lol!!

@jabam My weekends are soooo dedicated to the cook lol it really keeps me sane.  Think everyone needs a second Egg just my way of justifying it lol

I'm sure your right! But I'm  a newbie took a lot of convincing to get momma hen to let me buy the first one "wait a minute don't I wear the pants in the family" but I haven't had a meal come out bad yet, so I'm looking at a medium!!!

@grege345 you live close enough to stop by lol we actually use to own restaurants out your way.  One in Tannersville and one in Creskill I think or Cresto or some crap like that lol anyway thanks!
